Do I need permission from my community to fit the outdoor unit?
It depends on the statutes and on where the unit goes. A unit on the façade usually needs approval, and many urbanisations have their own rules. It is best to check before installing, and we will help you find the most discreet spot.
What capacity do I need for my home?
As a rough guide, allow about 100 W per square metre, but the figure changes with orientation, ceiling height, insulation and glazing. A living room with large south-facing windows needs far more than an interior bedroom of the same size.
How much does it cost to install air conditioning?
It depends on the unit, its capacity, the distance between the indoor and outdoor units, and whether any work is needed to hide the pipes. That is why we prefer to look at each case: your quote is tailored and free of charge.
